Oracle Production/Developement Professional

Experience 6+ years

Mandatory Skills

Oracle RDBMS (SQL, PLSQL and DBA), Oracle tools/utilities

Optional Skills

Unix Shell scripting, Pro*C

Minimum Educational Level:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science a related discipline or;

Experience:

Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience
Must have extensively experience with Oracle database and deep knowledge of Oracle RDBMS concepts. Preferably Oracle 10g.
Must have extensively experience in Database Design, Development and DBA activities in development environment.
Must be proficient in writing/reviewing complicated SQL queries, PL/SQL (Stored procedures, functions, packages, triggers).
Must have extensively experience in Database performance tuning, SQL tuning.
Must have hands on experience with Oracle tools and utilities
Knowledge of UNIX and Shell scripting is an added value
Experiences in technical support to developers/juniors in resolving technical issues, code review to make sure the standards/process are followed.
Experience in support of Retek applications (ORMS, ORPM, OReIM, OSIM, RIB) preferred.
Flexibility to work in US Business Hours.
Excellent interpersonal and intrapersonal skills.
Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical people.
