UPC Manager:

Mandatory Skills:

• · Knowledge of DTV/STB domain, MPEG-2, and DVB Standards (DVB - S / C).
• · Good understanding and experience of software development processes.
• · Knowledge of Project Management aspects.
• · Effective Communication, Interpersonal and People management skills.
• · Minimum five years of hands on experience in C/C++/Java based STB S/W development.
• · Experience of leading a successful team of 5 – 10 people.
• · Familiarity of Project Planning, Scheduling & Tracking.

Other Skill Sets(+ve/ Desirable) :

• Experience of working in big multisite projects with people from various cultures.
• Familiarity of any Agile process.
• Experience of interacting with the client.
• Familiarity of IPTV, Home Networking and related technologies.
