Looking for R&D Manager for Noida

The R&D Manager resides in the R&D lab in the Noida, India.

• You will lead a software development team that works on simulation and Collaborative applications.
• You will be responsible for the daily management and coaching of a team of software development engineers.
• You are responsible for implementing and improving development processes and infrastructure.
• In this function you will help to reduce the development time frame and increase the quality of the deliverables of the R&D software team.
• You are part of an international organization and work in close collaboration with the International R&D lab.
• You manage a cost center and report to the R&D director.

You are Master in ICT/Informatics/Physics or Engineer in Computer Science with experience in leading teams that develop commercial software applications.

Skills Required:

• You have several years of experience managing a team developing commercial software applications on Windows and Linux.
• You have excellent people management and leadership skills.
• You are a fluent communicator and have excellent reporting skills.
• You are familiar with development processes and infrastructure.
• You are familiar with quality assurance processes.
• Knowledge of networks/TCPIP ...
• Knowledge of Windows 7 and Linux
• Experience in Computer Graphics is a plus
• You are motivating and team oriented.
• You are creative and able to generate process improvements and product ideas.
• Since you will be working within a worldwide organization, fluent English is important
